During the holidays it can be a hard time for some, so come learn how to create a personal safety/self-care plan designed by BCC Evolution for those people that experience low times, depression, or anxiety. These plans can save a life and help make a plan that if you are in a low space you can refer to this plan to help you get back to a high. 

Self-Care is IMPORTANT! And safety is imperative.
