About This Event
This is a free admission family friendly health, wellness and crafts event!
We are back for the 3rd year running. Rock Your Wellness is a Wellness Expo Fundraising Event benefitting local non-profits, YANA and Make Mental Health Matter. Our event aims to promote well-being within our community, fostering physical, mental, and emotional health giving wellness resources combined with fun to an event that will make you want to come back year after year.
Our event this year will showcase 75+ vendors including crafts, live music, food trucks, pet adoption, free kids eye exams, blood drive for Vitalant, family fun and so much more.
Indoor location with lots of room for fun exploration, participation and gaining of knowledge/resources.
