Make Mental Health Matter is a Colorado based nonprofit providing mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention education, intervention training, postvention support, low-cost coaching, holistic wellness services, youth programs, and community conversations that reduce stigma, create connection, and save lives.
How We Help
Prevention & Education
Mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention education through Mental Health First Aid, youth programs, wellness coaching, holistic support services, and community learning opportunities.
Intervention & Crisis Response
ASIST, Narcan and fentanyl education, and crisis response training that equips individuals and organizations to recognize risk, respond effectively, and support people in crisis.
Postvention & Community Support
Healing conversations, support groups, community events, and connection-centered support for individuals, families, and communities impacted by loss, trauma, or crisis.
