Conversation for Mental Health Program

Breaking stigma, one talk at a time - coaching, podcasts, keynotes & conversations.

Stones of Meaning

Conversation is where healing begins.

Conversation for Mental Health brings people together through connection, support, and shared experiences that plant seeds of hope, reduce stigma, and remind us that every person matters.

Whether you're watching the Make Mental Health Matter Show, experiencing LoveLife L;VE, inviting us to speak at your event, exploring our Trusted Resource Hub, accessing free resources, or joining a future support group, each opportunity is designed to inspire meaningful conversations, strengthen connection, and provide hope for individuals, families, and communities affected by mental health challenges, substance use, and suicide.

Together, we're planting seeds of hope so every person knows they matter, every story is heard, and no one has to face life's hardest moments alone.

What Is the LoveLife L;ve Program?

Low-cost, high-impact mental wellness initiative designed to provide real healing for real people, no insurance, no waiting, no judgment. We blend coaching, therapy, and body-based healing modalities (like massage, breathwork, foot zoning, acupuncture, and yoga) into a powerful, whole-person approach that’s accessible, affordable, and effective.

This isn’t talk therapy that drags on for years. This is active transformation for your mind, body, and spirit.
