LoveLife L;VE Coach
Alex Vaughan (They/Them)
Hi! I'm Alex. I use they and them pronouns. I am a State of Colorado Certified Peer and Family Specialist, a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach by The Addictions Academy, a NASM-Certified PersonalTrainer and ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor. For over 25 years, I've used dance fitness, strength training, drag performance and the art of storytelling as multiple pathways through my long-term recovery from mental health obstacles. I am dedicated to helping LGBTQIA2P+ people, allies, and their families to repair, restore and recover in ways that feel authentic, grounded, and liberating for them. After navigating a journey as a neurodivergent and transgender parent in the family court system to an AuDHD (autistic/ADHD) transgender child, my coaching practice is rooted in social justice through decolonization of mental wellness, fitness practices, and recovery. I blend various holistic wellness practices including guided visualization, Reiki energy, and tarot cards, to harness the language of the body and nervous system, including shadow integrations, and identity-affirming care to support clients as they rebuild their lives with intention and self-trust.
"Self-reflection is the most anti-oppressive thing we can do." ~Andi Tillman (all pronouns)

Coach
Michelle Vande Hey
Michelle Vande Hey (she/her) is a dynamic speaker and facilitator who helps conscious leaders and changemakers reclaim their energy, voice, and authentic power without sacrificing their well-being.
Her lived experiences, discovering her intersex variation (Androgen Insensitive Syndrome) as a teen and navigating the devastating losses of her son and nephew shaped her conviction that true leadership transformation begins within.
Michelle works with nonprofit leaders, business owners, and conscious entrepreneurs worldwide, guiding them to move beyond burnout, silence, and self-sacrifice so they can lead and prosper with purpose.
She is known for creating circles, not hierarchies. Spaces of shared power, radical acceptance, and collective leadership where no one has to shrink to fit in. Her message is both bold and deeply human: when leaders prioritize their own well-being, they amplify their mission, their money, and their joy.
As a Certified Holistic Life Coach, and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and the host of the Love Your Life On Purpose podcast, Michelle models what well-being in leadership looks like igniting a ripple effect of liberated voices, sustainable impact, and generational healing.

Marjire Humphrey
I started out as a promiscuous teenager. I had no boundaries or self worth. I was also a liar, manipulative, depressed and anxious about my future. Not to mention I got pregnant at 14 and had my baby at 15yrs old. Needless to say, I know what it means to be sad, mad, hating life and spiraling out of control.
Long story short, I got tired of the way my life was going so I decided to fully surrendered my life to Christ. Once I did that, I was able to clearly hear the voice of the Lord. My child's father and I got married when I was 19, and we had 2 more children.
I got my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and decided to become a change agent. Now, we've been married almost 20 years, our children are grown, and we have learned to conquer our emotions and live a life of peace and power. My mission is to help you learn the same transformational skills, so you can become the best version of yourself and never look back.
